Administrative Assistant Aurora Dental Care Aurora Dental Care in Aurora, IL 60505 $15 - $21 an hour - Full-time Location Benefits Pulled from the full job description 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Full job description Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, verifying insurances, accounts receivable, billing, claim processing - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Transcribe notes and documents accurately - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Experience: - Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling eaglesoft software - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Experience with phone systems and other office equipment This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
