Caring private practice in North Dallas looking for a front office administrator/business assistant. We see patients Monday- Thursday 7:30-3:30 and one Friday morning a month. I opened this office from scratch last year with an amazing team- it took us less than a year to go from start up to full time practice! We care about one another as much as we care about our patients. I am looking for someone that can welcome patients in, check them in, answer the phone, handle scheduling, verify insurance, send claims and follow-up with referrals- and can do it with a smile!! *We use Open Dental*
