Looking for an ENTRY LEVEL front desk receptionist. Bilingual preferred. We will train on management software: We use Carestream Practice Works dental software, very user friendly! but must have at least 1-2 year of front desk experience. Smile Embassy Dental center is a private practice (single doctor) in the Bishop Arts District in Dallas Texas. Practice focus is general dentistry. We offer most general dental services including: restorative: fixed prosthodontic, clear aligners, implants, cosmetic veneers, dentures and oral surgery and endodontics. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can multitask and is knowledgeable in all aspects of front office functions. Responsibilities: verify insurance, present treatment, coordinate with patient and insurance to maximize use of patients dental insurance, computer savvy and be able to send insurance claims and able to read EOB from insurance companies.
