Join us in our mission to serve others with compassion and excellence. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Patient Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, demonstrating authentic leadership qualities while embodying the principles of servant leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient experience, fostering a culture of kindness and collaboration, and serving as a trusted advocate for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, demonstrating empathy and understanding from the moment they arrive. Serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, listening actively to their concerns and needs, and providing support and reassurance. Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment plans according to patients' needs and preferences, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and optimal patient flow. Educate patients about their treatment options and financial responsibilities, providing clear and transparent communication at all times. Collaborate closely with dental providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a coordinated approach to care. Anticipate and address patients' needs and concerns proactively, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field preferred. 3 or more years of experience in a dental administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients from diverse backgrounds. Empathy and compassion for others, with a genuine desire to serve and support patients through their dental journey. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
