Dr. Jeffrey and Dr.Lisa Rouse are seeking a full-time Front Office/RDA Team Member in the Alamo Heights/Quarry area for our elite, well established, multi-disciplinary Prosthodontic and General practice. 7:30-5:00, Monday - Thursday and Friday half day. Candidate must have superior customer service skills and be ready to join a high achieving team. We are seeking a reliable self-starter with high initiative, ability to work independently, competent decision-making, and an openness to learn a new method of comprehensive dentistry. Candidate must be personable and team-oriented. Computer software experience preferred. Must be willing and ready to learn, with a focus on inter-team communication. Tasks and skills include but may not be limited to: - Answering phones, greeting and checking out patients. - Knowledge of dental procedure codes. - Insurance verification - Excellent communication skills - Assisting with Social Media Marketing - Confirming Appointments - Treatment Planning - Knowledge of PracticeWorks Software a Plus - 3yr+ Dental Front Office Experience - Dental Assisting when necessary to assist back office team Please respond with resume and cover letter with interest.
