We are looking for the right person for this long-term opportunity. 5-day work week, excellent work culture and teammates We are seeking a skilled RDA and/or EFDA to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment. Duties: - Prepare patients for dental procedures by welcoming, comforting, and getting them ready for the doctor to examine and treat - Properly sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Educate patients on diagnosed treatment, properly enter the treatment plan - Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures - Perform various office tasks as needed to maintain a productive workflow Requirements: - Must be REGISTERED Dental Assistant in the State of TX - Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods - Proficiency in dental documentation and recordkeeping - Familiarity with dental imaging software and systems - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 34-36 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off • Professional development assistance
