Our well-established office is growing and welcoming a 3rd doc in June. We are excited to grow our team and bring in a full-time EFDA. A little bit about us and our history: Dr. Gerome is a highly respected dentist in Cincy and great to work for, as evidenced by the long-term retention of his team (most of our team has been with the practice for 15 or more years and most people retire from the practice). Dr. Patrice joined the practice in 2015 and has been a patient at the office since she was 6. Both Dr. G and Dr. P have been voted Top Dentists. Dr. Ma is a new dental graduate, bringing with him the most up-to-date techniques and advanced treatments. Dr. Ma's uncle, Dr. Moeller, started the practice in 1981 and his mom was a hygienist at our office for many years until she retired. Our assistants always lend a helping hand to each other and love to educate patients about the connection between dentistry and overall health. Duties include: Placing composite restorations (willing to teach anterior composite restorations or advanced cosmetic restorations) Making temporary crowns (willing to teach anterior temp crowns) Learn to scan using our digital scanner Assist with implant appointments Seat and adjust ortho aligners, retainers, night guards, dentures or partials Assist with Botox procedures Willing to attend CE courses to improve on your knowledge or improve on desired skills Benefits include paid holidays and vacation, 401K, profit sharing, bonuses, and dental care for you and your immediate family.
