We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Greet and assist patients and families. Manage scheduling, inquiries, and payments. Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks. Preferably some dental/medical office experience. Strong computer skills, including dental software proficiency. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
