Great customer Service drives the success of a practice. Knowledge of the practice protocol, of dental terminology, of dental efficient scheduling, inviting telephone etiquette, and excellent follow ups to calls are absolutely musts. While customer service skills in other industries are helpful, dental experience is the sure way to provide the perfect experience for our callers. Some on-the-job training is always necessary, but prior experience makes the training more efficient and certainly more expeditious. Our office is open five days a week and the job post focuses on the major days, but the employee has the option to add hours as needed by the schedule. As part of our team, all assigned tasks are supported by other members of the team so working with peers keeps the team positive and leaning towards excellence. There are two doctors with overlapping schedules on two days of the week and a staff member must be able to calmly handle the added activity. The office is located in the University area of Charlotte, and the greatest benefit offered is the positive, energetic, and supportive spirit amongst all team members.
