Seeking an experienced front desk Candidate. We are a solo doctor owned, family dental practice. We are looking to add another front desk person to our staff. We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive and strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is experienced and knowledgeable with: -PPO insurances, -presenting and selling treatment plans to patients -Dentrix -Bilingual Spanish and English Must be comfortable on the phone calling, scheduling and confirming appointments. Our Office is focused on teamwork with great patient experience, so we expect that our staff is on time, focused and pleasant to all patients and staff. We require fluency in Spanish and English. We expect hard work and consistency with honesty and respect for the office. We offer great pay, retirement/401K with employer contributions, our staff usually gets 4 weeks of paid time off, we do not work most holidays ( including Christmas/New years and thanksgiving). We are open Monday to Friday 8-5pm. We are looking for long term candidates that want a great place to work and not have to deal with corporate problems but want to really give a better patient experience.
