• Attending meetings with multiple doctors and the patient (and support person to patient) to discuss treatment and coordination of procedures.
• Building effective relationships with patients to ease the closely coordinated effort when scheduling integrative-specialist’s appointments (that are influenced by healing time, healing response and periodic modifications to the initial treatment plan).
• Answering patient questions about fees, payments, and insurance and requesting/collecting payment when the next portion of the case fee is due.
• Entering data, generating treatment letters and correspondences with referring offices.
• Making new patient appointments and educating patients about process and policy.
• Periodically visiting the offices of referring dentists and doctors to deliver a “gratitude gift” to show our support and appreciation for all they do.
