Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a passionate RDA to join our team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. As our RDA, you will have the opportunity to perform coronal polishing while building rapport with our young patients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can grow and develop your skills while making a positive impact on patients' oral health. Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm. Location: Travel between two locations (8 Sheridan Square Suite 400 Kingsport, Tennessee & 235 Linden Square Bristol, Virginia)
What You Will Do (Text Only)
- Travel between two rotating offices. - Must be able to work in kid-friendly environment - Provides instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist’s access; suctioning; passing instruments - Provides diagnostic information by exposing and developing radiographic studies - Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols. - Provides materials by selecting, mixing, and placing materials on instruments and in the patient’s mouth. - Clean and sterilize all instruments following OSHA Guidelines. This includes: scrubbing the instruments, packing the instruments, running the instruments through the statim or autoclaveWhat You Will Need (Text Only)
