Location: Phenix City, Alabama Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30AM - 5PM Position Overview: As a full-time licensed dental hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on best practices and assisting in the overall comfort and care of our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations - Take dental X-rays, perio chart and proper notes - Educate patients on best oral hygiene practices - Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure a seamless patient experience - Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times -Help our team hit weekly and practice objectives while being comfortable reviewing performance metrics Qualifications: - Valid Alabama dental hygiene license - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Commitment to patient-focused care - Ability to work well in a team-oriented practice -Ability to stay organized, on time and on top of your daily schedule -Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a daily basis -Comfortable working with cloud-based software and electronic communications (we are proudly paperless!)
