The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a positive experience for them. Responsibilities include: Answers incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette. Presenting and scheduling treatment. Verifying insurance plans and filing claims. Collecting estimated payments from patients at check out. Presenting treatment plans and scheduling treatment. Working to ensure schedules are full and meet production goals. Plus more Skills required: Minimum of 1 year dental office experience Dentrix dental software experience Must possess outgoing, friendly, and professional personality with Strong phone and interpersonal skills Ability to be a team player who enjoys working and assisting with others Extremely detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excel in multi-tasking and time management Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
