for an Office Manager or skilled front desk / treatment coordinator to find their home. We are a private
practice looking for someone who is motivated and skilled to provide the best dental service to our patients.
As an Office Manager/ front desk, you are the patient’s first point of contact,
giving high quality customer service. You contribute to the team's success
through the provision of effective patient and customer service and relations, interpersonal communication, accurate data collection, processing, record entry, and total patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be great at multitasking while maintaining close attention to detail with a personal touch. Professional appearance is important in maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of

Job Responsibilities
• Dentrix knowledge required
• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Scheduling Appointments
• Verifying insurance
• Confirming Appointments
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
• Cash Handling
• Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that help drive brand awareness and new patient growth
• Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, as necessary.
• Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
• Address the needs of patients in a fast-paced culture
• Nurture the patient relationship to encourage patient retention.
• Work as team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Managing incoming phone calls and delivering and returning messages
• Coordinating benefits with patient’s treatment.
• Performing account management, including patient registration using Dentrix system
and all steps necessary to create a patient record.
• Reviewing and maintaining patient accounts accurately in Dentrix.
• Understanding the purpose of all clinic forms as they relate to patient care
(i.e., patient records, financial forms, and insurance contracts)
• Understanding and implementing patient flow process, including registration
process.
• Performing patient management, including check in and check out procedures;
as needed.
• At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the Office Manager
• All other duties as assigned
Preferred Background Requirements
• Minimum of 2 year previous dental experience strongly preferred
• Communication skills to build rapport with patients
• Bilingual Spanish-English skills a plus!
• Ability to positively and proactively handle patient concerns and prioritize
multiple tasks and or organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary:
You will serve as the main point of contact for all patients and the community. They will answer phones, handle patient inquires, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans. They will be a support person to all staff members and patients while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. All aspects of the job require an exceptional level of customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provides strong communication and excellent customer service skills by greeting patients and the community in a respectful manner
Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients
Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as needed
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
Assist with billing and financial arrangements for treatments
Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly
Ability to answer internal and external calls in a friendly and helpful manner
Schedule, maintain, and confirm appointments
This role requires computer skills and comfort with navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
Respond to patient billing, financial, and insurance inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
Post charges and payments to patient accounts accurately with extreme attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience working in front office as treatment coordinator .
Knowledge of insurance plans /PPO, we are out of network office .
Must have a Dentrix Experience
Professional phone and email etiquette
Must have exceptional customer service skills
Minimum of 2 year degree preferred
Professional attuite and appearance
Strong management an organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
