Responsibilities:
1. Chairside Assistance:
* Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are available.
* Assist the dentist during dental procedures, anticipating their needs and providing the required tools and equipment.

2. Patient Care and Support:

Requirements:

Coronal Polishing certification and Sealants certification very strongly preferred

Salary
All wages are based on relevant years of experience and time since completing a Dental Assisting program, if applicable. The minimum rate is the wage that a new Dental Assistant will earn. The range is larger than normal, as there is variation depending on valid certifications earned.

Job Qualifications:
Dental Experience: Certification in coronal polishing and sealant application required.
Working Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in dental assisting preferred.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software systems is advantageous.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Chairside Assistance: Provide expert support during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort.
Infection Control: Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Polishing Assistance: Support the dentist during the polishing process to enhance patient comfort and safety.
Patient Communication: Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns effectively.
Treatment Environment: Ensure a clean and organized treatment area, restocking supplies and equipment as needed.

Monday: 8:30am-6pm
Tuesday: 9am-6pm
Wednesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Thursday: 7am-6pm
Friday: 8am-12pm
