We are located just north of downtown Dallas. This is a full time position, 4 days/week, average 31 hours/week. We are closed on Fridays. We are looking for an experienced RDA with Front Desk skills that is easily coachable, energetic, organized, dependable, takes initiative and has a solid work ethic. Assistant Requirements: -Licensure and Certifications as mandated by the state. -At least 3 Years of dental assistant experience -Prepare patients for treatment; ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment. -Take digital x-rays, photos and scan with iTero scanner (will train) -Lab tasks: pour models, make whitening trays and night guards (will train) -Keep the dental room and sterilization clean and well-stocked -Maintain accurate patient records Front Desk Assistant Requirements: -Professionally handling patients: greeting in office, updating information, phone calls, texts and emails -Schedule management: keeping patients on time, help when needed in the back -Hygiene recare* Hourly pay is based on experience.
