We are a successful Oral Surgery practice that has grown beyond our current staff and looking to invite new members to our team in Mesquite, TX. The surgeon you will be working with is happy to train fresh grads or work with seasoned hands who need little direction. The expectation upon being hired is that you come with an attitude to want to learn and be curious Compensation starts at $18-$30 an hour and higher wage will be offered to those with experience and skills we are looking for. We have a comprehensive benefits package including: - Health/ Medical insurance - Vision - Dental - 401K - Monthly bonus pay ranging from $180-$1500 Requirements: - RDA license and examination complete (if >12 months of experience) - RDA licensure eligible if <12 months experience - BLS certified ---- Spanish speaking/ Bilingual Recommended skills - not necessary but would be appreciated - Experience with oral surgery instrumentation - Experience with dental implant placement - Experience with intraoral scanners (Trios) - Experience taking CT scans - Experience with seating crowns on dental implants Job tasks include: - Surgical assisting, room set up and teardown - Instrument set up and sterilization - Drawing up medications in syringes - Consults - Surgical consents - Basic note taking (we will train you in using our software) - Review the surgeries the day before - Some calling and scheduling of patients We encourage everyone to apply and will consider all applicants seriously! Our practice has grown and we are looking to hire new bilingual staff members for the surgical assisting as well as front desk duties (Patient calls, insurance verification and treatment coordination). Ideally prefer crosstrained staff but happy to train someone with little or no experience as well. We are the premiere Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Mesquite with one owner doctor, an office manager and a very loyal and well compensated team. We view this as a career for our team members and not a 'punch in - punch out' deal. We are looking to hire and retain staff for years to come! The schedule for our office is as follows: Mon - Admin day (eligible to work 8:00-5:00) Tu - 8-5 W: 8-5 Th: 8-5 F: 8-4 We never work weekends and every Friday we do a team lunch around 2:00-3:00 sponsored by the office.
