Our dynamic dental office in Union, NJ is actively seeking an experienced and bilingual Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you are an energetic, friendly, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in dental administration and treatment coordination, particularly in closing large cases. Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. Treatment Coordination: Work closely with patients to discuss treatment plans, address concerns, and coordinate appointments. Ability to close large cases and navigate through high-volume PPO/Fee for Service scenarios. Insurance Expertise: Familiarity with insurance eligibility, co-pays, deductibles, and accurate record-keeping of payments. Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure seamless processing. Team Collaboration: Act as a team player, collaborating with dental professionals and administrative staff to optimize patient care and office efficiency. Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information, treatment plans, and financial transactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a dental office setting with a focus on front desk management and treatment coordination. Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English is essential. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of a high-volume PPO/Fee for Service dental practice. Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial transactions and record-keeping.
