Description

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager/ strong Treatment Coordinator for our practice. We are a private practice located in Mableton, GA. We are open Monday- Thursday from 8am- 5pm and on select Fridays from 8am- 1pm. An ideal candidate should be someone who is friendly, dependable, reliable, a good communicator and someone who is passionate about dentistry. Along with managing the team, the candidate will be expected to primarily handle the treatment presentations and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Having previous experience discussing financial arrangements with patients and converting them to treatment is a must. Being able to handle the billing/ AR would be preferred but not required. We use Open Dental software and prefer someone who is comfortable using it. We offer paid holidays, PTO time, retirement benefits and dental benefits to our team.
