Seeking EXPERIENCED results driven, proactive, patient centric Treatment Coordinator with a growth mindset. Ability to present larger treatment plans with confidence. Greet patients Ensure all necessary documentation is present and up to date Schedule follow-up appointments Contact patients to confirm they plan to return for treatment Perform other administrative duties, such as filing and answering phones Educate patients and families on treatment options Communicate with patients and families for appointments and payment schedules Submit paperwork to insurance providers Communicate patient needs and questions to dentist and team
