Treatment Coordinator: Recently named BEST Dental Care in Southlake, TX; Readers’ Choice!!! We are a fun and fast-growing family dental practice seeking an energetic treatment coordinator with a positive spirit whom takes pride in the work they do. This professional must be skillfully confident in presenting treatment plans to patients and financial arrangements, maintain doctor and hygiene schedule to meet production goals; and have a complete understanding of dental terminology, ADA codes, and procedures. Candidate must verify patient eligibility, collect co-pays, and submit insurance claims with the appropriate dental supporting documents via Eaglesoft and NEA fast-attach. Candidate must be able to pleasantly answer phones, confirm dental appointments, check e-mail, and text via Revenue Well. We are a beautiful, state-of- the-art private practice that values the impact our dental team will have on our patients; therefore, we require five years minimum experience, Eaglesoft a must.
