Looking for motivated front desk staff with great customer service skills. Position is for front desk/insurance/billing at a busy thriving dental office in the Parma area that is under new management. Basic knowledge in dental terminology and procedures is preferred but willing to train candidate in areas of weakness. Job duties include: - Answering phones - Scheduling patients - Checking in/out patients in reception area - Posting procedures in Dentrix after patient checkout - Verifying insurances. - Confirming appointments Compensation to be discussed and is competitive.
