What You'll Do: • Assist dentists during consultations and patient treatments. • Assist with pre- and post-operative procedures. • Ensure patient comfort and answer their questions. • Maintain accurate patient records. • Keep dental equipment sterilized and organized. • Educate patients about oral health practices. Who You Are: • Licensed and experienced RDA (orthodontic experience a plus). • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Patient-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated, dynamic, and a team player. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Manages stress effectively and works ethically.
