Core Purpose • We Care and Serve with Joy Sky Creek Dental is a privately-owned, state of the art dental practice located in picturesque Keller, TX, and we are adding a full-time Treatment Coordinator to our amazing team. The Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining the hygienists' schedules daily, reaching out to patients who are due to come in, reactivating patients who have become inactive, verify insurance, and cross-train on other front office duties. Additional requirements: -Experience as a Hygiene Coordinator in a dental practice a plus -Experience with Dentrix a plus -Understanding of and working with various dental insurance plans a plus -Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, a must -High degree of emotional intelligence -Proven computer and time management skills -Productive appointment scheduling and efficient workflow processes -Partnering with our doctors, hygienists, and front office team to ensure the highest level of service for our patients **This is the perfect position for someone who is highly organized, thrives on routine, can attend to multiple tasks, can take ownership and initiative with the role, is comfortable with patient communication (outgoing and incoming phone calls and texts), and works well with a team.** This is a full-time position, MONDAY-THURSDAY (34 hrs/wk).
