Front desk position and treatment coordinator Greet patients, respond to their needs, and provide exceptional customer service Manage the dental schedule for multiple providers, confirm appointments, and reschedule patients as needed Dental insurance understanding, collect fees and deductibles, prepare bills, and manage insurance claims and billing issues Maintain patient accounts and records, including health histories, insurance details, and treatment plans Scan patient forms into dental software and manage the document center Answer phone calls, respond to emails, resolve patient issues, and keep track of office supplies
