We are growing and looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist that provides exceptional care, with a can-do attitude and proactive nature. We are open to both full and part-time positions. As a hygienist for Dental Bliss, you can expect: • To have ample time with your patients for relationship building and patient care. • To treat patients in a spa-like environment, our practice is a drama-free, stress-free zone for our patients as well as our team. • We know that you play a vital role in the continued growth of our practice, in turn we provide you with the needed support to do so, support from your team and management team. • Team-based Incentives as well as individual goal-based incentives. Of course, we have expectations for you as well: • Be energetic and positive. • Be on time and eager to work. • Team-oriented. • Be willing to go above and beyond to provide optimal patient care. • Current license with State of Tennessee. • Laser, Nitrous, and Anesthetic certification preferred. • Be willing to work your recare lists and help in other areas of the office during down time. • 2 years minimum experience preferred
