Conduct thorough dental assessments and oral examinations. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, dental care, and preventive measures. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays) as required. Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants. Administer local anesthesia under the supervision of the dentist. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in electronic dental records. Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Maintain a clean and sterilized work environment. Qualifications: Valid dental hygiene license in Texas. Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program. Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required. Excellent knowledge of oral health and dental hygiene principles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
