Description

Associate Dentist Needed - $25,000 in Bonuses Available!

Dr. Kevin Laughlin and the team at Lumberton Dental are looking for a hard-working General Dentist to join their team full-time. This position could potentially transition to a partnership and, ultimately, ownership buy-in. This General Dentist role will allow you to maintain full clinical autonomy and perform various services, including general, cosmetic, and preventative dental services. We are considering all experience levels but would prefer 2 years of experience!

With an established presence in the community, built-in patient base, and high earning potential, this is a rare opportunity to join a premier office that has been serving its community for more than 30 years.

Lumberton Dental is in Lumberton, TX, home of the Village Creek State Park.  There is a wide range of outdoor activities to enjoy, including canoeing, hiking, or fishing. Only an hour and a half from Downtown Houston, Lumberton gives you a sense of community that comes with small towns, while giving you access to city life whenever you want!

The Practice:

  • PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base
  • 6 operatories
  • 3 hygienists on site
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including intraoral cameras, CEREC, digital x-rays, and more!

Benefits & Perks:

  • $250,000-$350,000 potential annual earnings
  • Guaranteed salary during credentialing
  • $20,000 in sign-on bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance available
  • Access to a variety of FREE CE courses benefits
  • Business mentorship and potential buy-in opportunities
  • Full benefits package – including eligibility for full medical benefits, 401k, malpractice coverage, and more!

Qualifications:

  • Prefer 2 years of experience but will consider applicants with less experience
  • DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining one)
  • Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
  • Good work ethic and adaptable
