One of our exceptional hygienists is moving out of state, and we are searching for a dedicated hygienist to join our team full-time. Here are some reasons why we would like you too consider joining us: *Established Practice: We are a well-organized, fee-for-service practice that emphasizes excellent communication and strong relationships with our patients and team members. *Competitive Compensation: Your package includes a generous salary and bonus system ($50-65/hour), 5 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, a 401K plan, uniform allowance, paid continuing education (CE), complimentary dental care, and free parking. *Patient-Centric Schedule: Our daily schedule allows for individualized patient care, with one hour allocated for adult prophylaxis and exam. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including one hour of paid administrative time per day (30 minutes at the start and end of the day). The position is for Monday-Thursday, with optional Fridays.
