Bilingual Dental Front Desk We are growing and hiring. We are looking for Front Desk and RDAs Must have at least 2 years of dental experience. Must be a self-starter, quick learner, dependable and work well with a team. Must have positive attitude, must be personable and great with kids! When it comes to our patient experience, our Front Office personnel are the first person and the last person most patients see. You're responsible for greeting and signing in patients, scheduling and confirming appointments and providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone. You'll also handle important office procedures that keep our clinical and office staff working efficiently. We practice dentistry with modern, state of the art dental practices and a caring approach toward our patients that few other centers practice. It’s an approach you will proud to be part of. As a Front Office/Receptionist your responsibilities are: but not limited too: Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company Policies Answering Telephones Scheduling Appointments Maintaining Appointment Book Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointment At all times you will perform and undertake such other duties and responsibilities as are requested of you by the front lead KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Customer Service experience required Multi-line phone use needed Dental coding preferred Dentrix (REQUIRED) Job Type: Full-time Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Job Type: Full-time We offer: Competitive Pay Vacation Pay Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Dentrix: 2 years (Required)
