Full job description **$20,000 Signing Bonus** We are seeking a skilled and passionate General Dentist searching for an exciting opportunity in beautiful Winston-Salem, NC. We are a private practice that is fully owned by doctors and motivated to provide full clinical autonomy and the ability to build your practice the way you want! Duties Include: Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis and treatment, of dental diseases in children and adolescents. Perform routine and complex dental procedures with a focus on pediatric dentistry. Develop and implement individualized dental care plans for patients. Educate children and their families on the importance of maintaining good oral health and preventive dental care. Ensure a positive, comfortable, and safe environment for all patients. Requirements: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school. Valid state dental license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong commitment to quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience. Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt to the needs of each patient.
