Requirements: • 5-10 years experience as Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator or Insurance Coordinator or Front Office • Excellent Eaglesoft knowledge and experience is required, • Very good English written and verbal communication skills. • Spanish speaking is a plus. • Expert level knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation • Need to understand insurance plans and dental terminology • Pay scale: Varies with experience. Front Office at our dental office performs the following duties: • Manages specialty referral process. • Manages patient treatment planning • Supports sales, marketing and promotional programs • Maintains excellent patient satisfaction scores • Completes administrative tasks like financial reporting. • Processes invoices correctly and within deadline using Eaglesoft. • Maintains patient data to include required regulatory chart documents • Maintains personal information, treatment consultation documentation • Maintains account history transactions and electronic QSI data • Maintains facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and reports • Corrects hazards when necessary in compliance with all state and federal regulations. • Ensures flawless execution of operational standards • Complies with established dental office policies, procedures, and government regulations • Schedules patient appointments • Performs other duties as assigned At our dental office, the quest for excellence inspires everything that defines this new practice.
