PURE OS are the exclusive Oral Surgery providers to all MINT dentstry dental offices, led by Chief Oral Surgeon, Dr. Michael Ellis, a Prosthodontist and Oral Surgeon formerly of Baylor College of Dentistry. Qualifications
  • Oral lSurgery Certificate from an accredited U.S. dental University 
  • State license and regional boards
  • General Anesthesia Permit
  • Current CPR Card
  • 2+ years of clinical experience  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level
Responsibilities
  • Embed and behaviorally exemplify the Mint Dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursues a nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these values
  • Deliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient they serve
  • Diagnose, treatment-plan, and provide appropriate oral surgery to patients.
  • Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
  • Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
  • Communicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scripts
  • Prescribe medications as necessary
  • Carefully document all medications, diagnosis, treatments and consultations
