MINT dentistry is seeking a highly skilled and outgoing Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator will be the first impression for our patients and play a vital role within our dedicated team.

Qualifications
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer facing role in office setting
  • Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
  • Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required
  • 1 year or more customer service experience

  • 1 year or more sales experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
  • Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
  • Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
  • Assists with uniforms, and ad hoc reporting, as directed
  • Tracks all required clinical licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
  • Prepares and maintains new-employee files and documents 
  • Assists with incident reporting and ensures proper documentation and adherence to protocol
  • Support clinical staff as needed
