Mason Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Endodontist to join our established practice in Manchester, VT, part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience. Schedule: one day per week or biweekly, flexible days About Our Practice: -In business since 1974 -Drs. in practice: 3 -Hygienists: 4 -Total chairs: 10 -Fee-for-service -Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, Cone Beam, etc.) -Specialty work done in office: Periodontics, Oral Surgery, IV Sedation -Active patient base: 3,735 -Average new patients/month: 45 https://www.manchestervtdentist.com/ Compensation: -Strong minimum guarantee of $1,500+ and 50% of collections -Malpractice insurance Qualifications and Skills -Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Vermont, in good standing. -Completion of a residency program in endodontics. -At least 3-5 years of clinical experience. -Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients. -Highly proficient in aspects of endodontics, including, but not limited to, root canals (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatments, apicoectomy, etc. -Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve. -Willingness to be in-network as needed.
