Generous Sign-On Bonus Of Up To $50,000! Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritizes patient care. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years’ working experience, preferably post completion of a GPR. Schedule: Mon-Thurs About our practice: -Practice in business for over 30 years -85% PPO 15%FFS -17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider -Dr. chairs: 8 -Hyg. chairs: 9 -CBCT, iTero, Cerec https://familydentalvt.com/ Compensation: -Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections -Generous CE allowance -Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) eligible, as well as other voluntary benefits* -Malpractice Insurance Qualifications and Skills -At least 2 years of clinical experience -Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry -Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients -GPR or AEGD preferred -Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve -Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients Family Dental Associates is affiliated with 35+ other exceptional practices providing care to >100k patients annually.
