This successful individual is expected to align with our scientific and systematic approach, to provide constructive feed back when necessary, to provide preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene services, to properly educate patients if necessary, to enter dental needs into the chart, and to review treatment needs with patients as needed. Responsibilities: Represent the established core values to the patient and other team members for a successful, beneficial, and joyful work space. Take digital, dental x-rays and intra-oral photos. Periodontal charting to include MGJ, recession, and mobility if indicated. Clean teeth in a gentle yet consistently thorough manner Protect the patient's eyes Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. Provide fluoride treatments. Provide sealants when indicated. Enter patient treatment plans when needed. Maintain sterile technique Maintain a clean work environment Assist with sterilization Job Type: Full-time Pay: 53$ - 58$ Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Stipend monthly Paid time off Schedule: 7 - 8 hour shift License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Dental License (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Raleigh, NC 27614: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
