We are a five year old general dental practice located in downtown Mint Hill, North Carolina. Our practice uses Open Dental practice management software, primarily paperless patient forms, online scheduling, and automated patient reminder and recall systems. You will work out of a dedicated administrative office across the street from the dental office. We expect our team members to communicate well on the phone and connect with each of our patients on a personal level to create a positive, unique, and memorable experience for each person that calls. Your role will be handling all incoming and outgoing communication with patients via phone, email, text message, and snail mail. This position is primarily responsible for managing the doctors and hygienists schedule and working to keep it full by avoiding same day cancellations, reaching out to patients with unscheduled treatment, and helping patients understand the value of the treatment they need. **Previous high level customer service/phone sales experience preferred** Candidates without prior dental nor sales experience typically will start at the lower end of the pay range listed, however, team members are eligible to participate in our salary increase program that is based on tangible skill attainment and program completion! In addition, we have created a monthly incentive program where team members earn additional compensation based on value they’ve added to the business during that specific month.
