Highlands Dental Arts is a family owned, private general dental practice in Vestavia Hills looking for an organized, personable, and a “go-getter” personality to oversee the front desk space of our practice. We are looking for a friendly face to welcome our patients to our practice and to maintain organization in the office and with staff. Your duties will include - answering phones and communicating with patients, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance, management of financial transactions, discussing treatment plans, utilizing Dentrix Ascend Dental management software, and maintaining cleanliness in front desk/lobby.
