Novus Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who can effectively communicate treatment plans to our Spanish- and English-speaking patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the orthodontists to present treatment plans, make financial arrangements, coordinate appointments, and ensure a positive experience for patients. Experience in orthodontic treatment coordination is preferred, but we are open to those with relevant skills in either orthodontic assisting or treatment coordination. Key Responsibilities: Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients in both Spanish and English. Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries regarding treatment progress and insurance/financial questions. Handle patient records, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient transitions from consultation to active treatment. Identify and participate in local marketing events Qualifications: Fluency in both Spanish and English (required). Previous experience as a treatment coordinator or orthodontic assistant (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
