Come join our cutting edge hygiene department utilizing lasers and high-end diagnostic technology while promoting comprehensive periodontal/implant dentistry. A warm, friendly, personality and a positive attitude are “musts” for this position. Our team thrives on collaboration. The practice culture is one of mutual respect, integrity and fun. The clinical schedule for this part-time position is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Desired Skill Set Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-informed Conduct comprehensive oral assessments and evaluate medical histories Identify conditions such as periodontal disease, occlusal trauma, oral pathology, and caries Perform non-surgical periodontal therapies such as laser-assisted scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance and implant maintenance Gather and interpret salivary diagnostics Educate patients on proper oral care Provide post-operative instructions to patients Take digital X-rays Maintain paperless documentation Communicate patient care with referral practices Monitor supplies and treatment room Participate in the advancement of the practice A minimum of 2 years experience is required.
