Description
We are looking for a new team member for our dental practice. Are you someone with leadership and management experience looking to put your mark on a growing business? We are looking for someone to take over the day-to-day running of the practice and take care of our patients like they are family. Our core values and standard of care are our top priority, and we are looking to find the right person for our team. Responsibilities: · Ensure seamless and efficient practice operations and daily workflow. · Coordinate schedules for dentist, hygienists, and support staff efficiently and productively. . Monitor AR and reduce claims aging beyond 90-days. . Maintain collection percentage of 90% or higher per month · Lead and motivate a team of dental professionals and support staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment. · Lead morning huddles, provide guidance and direction to utilize opportunities for same day treatment. · Promote teamwork, open communication, and a strong customer service culture within the practice. · Monitor patient feedback and strive to enhance the overall patient experience. · Foster strong patient relationships and ensure the delivery of quality dental care in line with industry standards and best practices. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, including patient files, staff credentials, and certifications. . Communication with the Leadership Team for concerns or office needs. . Additional responsibilities will vary depending on work experience. Requirements: · Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Accounts Receivable, and PPO dental insurance. . Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and protocols. · In-depth knowledge of dental practice management, operations, and regulatory requirements. · Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop interpersonal relationships. · Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. · Proficiency in claims filing and appeals. · Familiarity with Open Dental as well as general office software preferred but not required. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. .
