Our FUN and ENERGETIC pediatric dental office is looking for a FULL TIME dental front desk employee. Qualifications: -We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and reliable team member for our front office. -The candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills. -Candidate should be eager to learn, take initiative, and be team oriented, fill multiple roles including administrative tasks. -Candidate should have a positive attitude, approachable, patient -focused, and warm and welcoming demeanor. -Experience and knowledge of dental insurance and background in dental field is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: -Welcoming all patients and parents with Bright smile and friendly attitude. - Insurance verification and explain insurance coverage to parents. -Scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, rescheduling appointments when needed. - Answering phones, managing patient records, any other administrative task office may see fit. - Address patient and parents with empathy and professionalism each day. - Surgery scheduling when needed Benefits: -Monday through Friday flexible hours -Monthly Bonuses -Holiday Pay -PTO -Pay is based on experience and opportunities for professional growth
