Position: Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator 2-3 years of dental office experience. Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and insurance verification. Coordinate treatment plans and ensure patients understand their options. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs with care and professionalism. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences. Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements: Basic dental knowledge with a strong understanding of patient care. Confidence, excitement, and the ability to be a self-starter. Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
