Seeking An Associate Dentist Poindexter Dental, Inc. 7703 Cullen Blvd, Houston Texas 77051 (Located in Sunnyside, ten minutes east of Reliant Stadium) Position Summary: We are currently looking for a part time Associate General Dentist. Our practice provides comprehensive care for the entire family. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday (7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) We will discuss the days we need from the Assoicate Dentist at the time of the interview and needs our Patient Care and Dentist. If hired you will focus on diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions. Being a part of our experienced team, you will receive support as needed to assist you in case management. As an Associate Dentist you will examine, diagnose, and provide treatment and counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner. Starting salary is market comparative and will be discussed at time of the interview. Responsibilities: * Quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of the dental profession. * Educating patients on Oral Health and various treatment options utilizing digital equipment. * Assess treatment planning options with patients and staff prior to performing procedures. * Maintaining detailed medical histories and records. * Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry through structured continuing education. Requirements: * Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. Must have a Texas Dental License. * We are not able to do Sponsorships from other countries. Only a Texas Dental license will be accepted. * You will be expected to perform; molar endodontics, and various other dental surgeries and services within the scope of experience and training. This will discussed further in person with the Dentist. * The preference is for a General Dentist with experience of minimum 2 years. * We may consider a new graduate after Residency with one year of experience. * Texas State License and/or Regional Boards; eligibility to practice dentistry in Texas * Must be flexible with the schedule able to work Monday to Thursday * Must have independent liability insurance coverage before hire date.
