Description

Private multi-specialty practice in Kingwood looking for front office staff with Dentrix experience. Candidate must be friendly, team player, be able to multi task, self-motivated and detail oriented. Bilingual is a plus! Duties include -Answering phones -Scheduling appointments -Confirming appointments -Maintaining full schedule -Verifying insurance -Sending predeterminations -Calling for referrals and x-rays -Collecting Payments and balances -Creating payment agreements -Presenting treatment plans -Sending medical clearances and following up on them -Sending correspondence letters -Checking patients in and out -Maintaining the reception area and restroom in a neat, orderly, and welcoming condition -Sending prescriptions using ePrescribe -Informing manager of office supplies needed when low -Participate in huddles with dentists and staff -Receive and send packages Hours (some days you will be required to come in earlier and stay later) Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm Friday 8:30am-3pm
