Responsibilities • Front desk duties, including checking patients in and out. • Managing patient communication via phone, email, and text messages. • Dental insurance verification and claims submission. • Delivering exceptional customer service to all patients. • Supporting a smooth and efficient workflow for the entire office. Qualifications • Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is required. • At least 2 years of dental insurance experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work as part of a team and provide outstanding patient care. Schedule • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Compensation Base salary: Negotiable Benefits: PTO Vacation 401K
