Modern Family Dental Care is seeking a full-time DAII to join Dr. Taj Haynes & Dr. Julius Kioko. We have a small team and are looking for a humble addition who cares about the work they do and the people they do it with!! Schedule as follows: Monday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Tuesday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Wednesday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Thursday: 6:45am to 4:00pm Fridays: 7:45am to 2:00pm Closed Saturday-Sunday A little more about us: • Mission Statement: We create beautiful, confident, and healthy smiles for everyone. • Core Values: Exceptional Patient Care, Genuine Hospitality, Trusted Partnerships, Empowering Team Environment, Proud to be MFDC • Patient population is 100% out of network. We file all primary and secondary insurances with the exception of Medicaid. We accept all primary benefit payment as able. Financial arrangements are presented by our experienced front office staff. • OpenDental software with DI integrations for electronic patient forms, electronic prescriptions, insurance verification, patient communication, and business analytics • Digital, sensor based, radiographs and CBCT system Full-time position includes comprehensive benefits: • Medical insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance • In house dental savings, increasing with tenure (up to free care for employee and family) • Paid time off, accrue up to 2 weeks, increasing accrual rate with tenure (up to 4 weeks) • Holiday pay for scheduled work days • Annual holiday closure: December 23rd, 2024 - December 27th, 2024 Dental assistant wages $18 - $27, commensurate with experience.
