Seeking friendly and motivated individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills for a well established periodontal practice. Job description includes greeting patients, answering phones and taking detailed messages, scheduling and confirming appointments, data entry into dental software, scanning documents, coordinating patient appointments with other dental offices, verifying insurance benefits, calling in prescriptions, and providing support to the rest of the team. 2 years of experience in a dental office required. Candidate must be organized, reliable, professional and have excellent computer skills. We are a paperless office and use Dentrix dental software.
